Harvest Festival
Our PTO’s biggest fundraiser of the year. Each Fall, we host a huge event at the school with games, prizes, food, a silent auction, and more. The whole Board comes together to pull this event off, with the help of volunteers and community sponsors.

An event map from a previous year, marking the location of fun activities like a petting zoo, cake walk, face painitng, and sno cone truck!

Every year we pull together save the date flyers to get McNeil families excited! On this flyer we list what to expect, with things like food, games, a silent auction, trunk-or-treat, and more. The event is a family friendly event and the year this flyer was advertising, it happened in mid October from 6-8pm.

To ensure we have an awesome silent auction filled with items for both adults and kids alike, we solicit donations from community partners as well as our student body. Typically each grade level is given a theme, such as "arts and crafts", "anime/pokemon", "sports", "camping and gardening", etc. Students then bring items or funds to donate for their grade levels basket. The baskets are always a big draw at each year's silent auction!

A save the date flyer from another year shows the event taking place on October 30th from 4-6:30pm. In addition to food, games, and prizes, this year also featured bounce houses and trunk or treat!

A Harvest Festival save the date from November 4, 2023 with activities highlighted including a petting zoo, games, raffle, and more!

For trunk or treating, volunteers, teachers, and staff decorate their vehicles along fun themes like superheroes, jungles animals, and animated characters. Here, the open back of an SUV is decorated with Halloween lights and an inflatable ghost and Frankenstein's Monster.
