Silent Auction - BID NOW!

As in years past, Harvest Festival includes a stellar Silent Auction! PTO Volunteers have been hard at work soliciting donations and putting together baskets of goodies to auction off as part of this fundraiser.

  • HOW IT WORKS - the Silent Auction is online, opening several days in advance of the festival so that McNeil adults can peruse and bid at their leisure and be able to focus on family fun while at the event. The items will also be available at the event, located in the Gym, to view in person.

  • SNEAK PEEK - some of the items on offer are:

    • Gift cards to local coffee shops and restaurants, including Hard Eight BBQ and Collective Coffee.

    • Dallas Children’s Theatre - four pack of tickets to this current season

    • Photography sessions for family photos

    • Heard Museum - four pack of admission tickets

    • Pinstack Bowling

    • The Cove in Little Elm - free cabana and admission tickets

    • Local Hotel stays

    • and so much more!

Volunteer

To get started, make sure you have completed your MISD Background Check. This is free and takes just a moment, but MUST be completed before adults are able to volunteer in any capacity for McNeil Elementary. A background check must be on file for each school year you wish to volunteer (August to August).

Volunteer roles include setting up and/or taking down the event, shifts to help during the event (30 minute slots so you are still able to enjoy the event!), flier copy help, etc. It takes a village to put on the event and we can’t do it without your help!

Have questions about volunteering? Please email Heather T, our VP of Volunteers, Volunteer@McNeilPTO.com
